Baba my uncle has sold his land to my mother at an expense as there was no money for his marriage my mother helped him on time and in return he gave the land papers to my mom but now it’s been 25 years he saying he dint give the land to my mom… We have the original papers of the land but they are on my uncle name as my mom dint make the registration on her name that time as she trusts her brother so much.. baba the land is hope of my parents old age. Kindly bless us with some solution to this problem. My parents don’t have sons and they need some security at this stage.
