Baba, please help me with my financial crisis where I purchased a house , renovated it and listed it to sell but it is not selling. This property is in USA, California.
I am incurring a lot of interest as I have taken two bank loans to purchase the property and renovate it and if I am unable to pay the loan, the banks will come after me and my brother financial assets and my brother also signed a personal guarantee agreement and my brother just signed it just to help me.
I have invested money as a down payment by taking out loans on my other property and business, my parents money and my personal savings.
Baba please help to get the property sold so i can repay the banks.
