Baba, please help my son buy his first home. He is trying so hard to get a loan but it is not working as You know that his income level is not too high. His loan amount is not enough to buy a decent house.

Even if we help him, he is not able to afford the house in this market as people are paying more than the asking price of the house. Baba, please help him find a nice house within his budget.
Also, we are trying to rent our home as we are moving to another house. Please help us find good tenants. Om Sairam!
